Chef Mytro

Executive Chef Matthew Mytro has developed a cooking and menu planning style focused on creativity while maintaining approachable and balanced selections. His travels have taken him through an array of cooking styles, from French and Mediterranean fine dining to Little Havana’s Cuban cuisine, and he brings this hands-on knowledge to the kitchen.

Boulevard Blue’s menu seamlessly combines cooking traditions and the continually evolving menu has satisfied Clevelanders looking for a comfortable destination for variety and sophistication. The selections bring global influences together emphasizing clean and crisp flavors with artisitic platings.

His quick ascent as a prominent regional chef has not gone unnoticed. Mytro is a frequent television guest on “Good Company,” a morning show on Cleveland’s NBC affiliate, and Boulevard Blue has received accolades from Cleveland Magazine and the (Cleveland) Plain Dealer.

Mytro is also Executive Chef at Boulevard Blue Owner Andy Himmel’s newest venture, Paladar, a Nuevo Latino restaurant at Eton Chagrin Boulevard.
