Boulevard Blue, 12718 Larchmere Blvd., Cleveland, is now closed on Sundays and open on Mondays. Owner Andy Himmel decided to switch the off days because customers wanted the change. Himmel said nothing else in the neighborhood was open on Mondays, and area residents, as well as patrons of the $5 Mondays at Shaker Square Cinemas, wanted Blue open. Last week, the restaurant began a Rush Hour Blues Menu. The menu, offered between 5 and 6:30 p.m., offers half or a little larger portions of regular entrees at much reduced prices.
